So, mare_in_flames talked a while ago about doing some weeding/ground clearing with a torch.
I think I'm gonna have to look into this. The weedflower that produces really, really annoying burrs is all over this year, in places that can't be mowed. The burrs are starting to come out, so it's too late to chop it down before it reproduces. Killing it with fire may be my only option.
I wonder how safe the thing is to use right up against a house.
