Why do we get at least one, sometimes more survey calls a day right now? It's never happened with previous elections. I've now told 3 to take us off their calling list (and those were 3 different business names). They always want to talk to J specifically--not sure if they're calling male registered voters or if they just want to talk to the person under whose name the line is listed.

On a more pleasant-if-sad note, we've been watching Voyagers, a cheesy history-based show that ran for half a season when J was a kid. Probably when I was a kid, too, but I didn't actually see it. It's surprisingly good, for a cheesy TV show with no budget that tried to educate about history. I'm really quite enjoying it. And we're halfway through its run of 20 episodes, so I'm sad that there's only 10 more to go.
