new word: chemosomnia
i stink. no really. i stink. all of my clothes stink and my hair stinks too. that's what happens when you go to two Chanukah Latke parties in one day. it's especially bad when you do quite a bit of the latke frying. i have sprayed my clothes with perfume and am attempting to air them out. katy's party was a complete success and what appeared to be enough potato pancakes for an army or two (15 lbs of potato's worth), turned out to be the perfect amount. but i don't think i'll be eating anymore potatoes anytime soon.

finally saw the movie This is Spinal Tap for the first time, tonight. loved it. hilarious. why did nobody tie me to a chair and make me watch this long before now?
