Bones 6x04
I thought it was a good episode. It was very team-centric with lots of good moments for everybody. My inner shipper was singing! :-D So, by character, rather than scene. (Sorry to be so confusing!)
Brennan--I liked her this episode! She's not my favorite character, but she was very likeable tonight (actually, so far, this whole season). There was an innocence to her comments ("I don't know what that means" and all of her comments about the show.) and a vulnerability to the reason she didn't want to appear on the show.
Booth--Loved how discomfited he was by Brennan saying she couldn't rule out committing a murder and the I'd catch you/You wouldn't. I was actually shipping them in that scene.
Cam--Rocked. As usual. I loved her expressions in the B/B murder conversation. And Booth called her Camille! (My Cam/Booth shipper is not going to die apparently. And I prefer her over Hannah as the "third wheel" in the B/B relationship.)
Angela--Again, not one of my favorite characters (am I alienating people yet? Sorry!) However, I loved, loved her scene with Brennan.
Sweets--I've long established Booth as Sweets' surrogate big brother, but tonight, Brennan got her turn as a "sibling". I was annoyed by her "Psychology is not real Science!" rant, but Sweets standing his ground to her and his "Both West by the way." made up for it. It just seemed like he was being the little brother to her big sister.
Hodgins--Got to do another experiment! Those rock, even more so when Cam's around. And, unrelated to that thought, they had a couple of good scenes/moments together. (*tries to hide inner Cam/Hodgins shipper*)
Caroline--Episodes are better with her in them. End of story.
Bunsen Jude was fun and the ending scene of his show was adorable!!
One more bonus of this ep: No Hannah! I don't hate her, but...I am quite happy to not have her around. I'm intrigued by the upcoming storyline of her being shot. And not because I want her dead. :P Oh, oh!!! Is she the hinted at [WARNING: SPOILER ALERT] Grave-Digger victim? Hmmm...
So, now we're on break until November. Weird. Oh, well, I could use time off from being glued to the TV. :P Time to go finish the Mentalist ep, which is pretty great.
