2016-2017 Mirvish & National Ballet...and Vikings...
While there are several promising concerts on deck with TSO next year, the 2016-2017 season is not exactly a banner year for Mirvish or the National Ballet of Canada. I have zero interest in any of the plays on Mirvish’s 2016-2017 agenda with a notable exception for Cabaret…and even that I do not NEED to see. The 2016-2017 National Ballet schedule is slightly more inviting but, if any, I will likely only consider Swan Lake given that I have never seen it live and have been waiting for just the opportune moment. Carpe signum.
More importantly, the season premiere of Vikings is tonight at 10pm eastern. \o/ Dvr’ing it with the plan to watch the series back-to-back-to-back on Saturday night with Black Sails and Versailles. Basically, that is my idea of the PERFECT night of television….
