A year ago today I was lying in bed anxiously worrying about whether I'd made the right college choice.

Here I am, a year later, sitting in my dorm room and nearing the end of a freshman year I've been incredibly pleasantly surprised by. :)

Now come to me, summer! So I can have time to write fic again! :D

I'm two days away from college move-in day. I'm half excited and half freaking out. To be honest, I have a feeling I'm going to have something of a meltdown the first night I'm there, when it really sinks in that my parents drove all the way home without me and that I'll be living there now.  College is stressing me out way more than it has any right to.

Everyone keeps telling me how 'oh! college will be the best time of your life! You should be so excited!' All college is doing for me so far is ruining my life.

I get home from taking the SATs today and practically the first thing my mom says is how we have to sit down to mark out the due dates for applications to the ten schools I'm applying to, and for the supplements most of the schools require.
