I shall make this quick because I have much work to do but I wanted to post about my day. I went to the NaNoWriMo All-State Write In. Basically, a bunch of the groups from the state got together in one location and had fun. We were actually in an aquarium this year which made it extra fun ( Read more... )

Congrats on getting work done! I'm glad you had fun and enjoy the fudge!
And that is very amusing! You should've tried to get a youth ticket out of it. ;)

I should have but it just didn't occur to me as realistic. And I have a feeling my friend would have started to laugh too much if I ordered a youth ticket.

I shall eat my fudge in moderation and get work done.

Aww. It would've been even funnier if she had asked if friend was your parent or something. ;)

We had come as a group and she had someone of teenaged age with us.

It was fun. Not so productive but mildly so.

And interesting fudge :D
Strawberry Cheesecake, Eggnog, Dulce de Leche, Chocolate, and something that I forgot the name of but is some sort of old fashioned brown sugar fudge.

Are those all the fudges you bought or just all the flavors they had? Dulce de Leche and Eggnog fudges sound awesome.

They had more flavours. Those were the ones I picked up (they said if I bought 4, I'd get a 5th one free... prompting me to pick more types than I would have picked on my own)

I did. It means I have more work for the rest of the week but it was worth it :D
(whether or not I'm agreeing with that when finishing up papers is another matter)

It would be hard to resist getting a free fudge flavor! I can't remember the last time I had fudge. That might be a fun thing to make with Chicklet.

I should get a recipe to make it from after I've eaten this bunch. (I'm trying to not eat it too quickly)
