Yep, it seems I got from 71-75 in a grand total of 3 PTs (and one FoV). I already mentioned the PT that got me from 71-73. Well, after capping my skills after that one, I tried sky FoV. So, last week, the JPs had been shouting in Whitegate trying to get people to do Campaign in the Northlands, to take over Zvahl, kill the Shadow Lord repeatedly, and get Allied Rings for all. Since I hit 68 on BLM, I figured I'd use this Black Mage testimony I had lying around from spell farming. Used a Cream Puff, went in, used Instant Reraise and INT Potion (only cost 500 gil on AH, so why not), cast Freeze, Maat started casting Flood, I cast Stun, then ES+Sleep II, Manafont, Flare, win. XD

This update was pretty awesome. I had fun exploring the new zones, and joining the BLU armada that descended upon the Northlands directly following the update to learn the new spells. Triumphant Roar is pretty nice, though Sub-zero Smash seems kinda meh. Not that it really matters either way to me, since I almost never play BLU anymore. My favorite ( Read more... )
