As a reader, my tastes are inclined towards the sci-fi and fantasy genre. I have a few novels by murakami and gabriel garcia marquez ( but one could argue that murakami's geared towards magic realism ) as well as some other books recommended to me, but for the most part, I only read sci fi and fantasy.
