Oh joy and rapture, another Minnesota recount looks to be looming.
They're doing it again, dammit!
Just in case 2008's Minnesota Senate race wasn't enough of an exercise in frustration, what with the recount taking several months and a massive court fight, the governor's race is still undecided with Dayton leading by, at last count I've been able to find, 13,812 votes.
Which, being less than half a percent of the total, means another mandated recount unless his lead picks up significantly. And, my optimism having clawed its way free of my deathgrip on it and soared away at around 11:30 last night, I'm expecting another multi-month slagfest through the courts.
I just hope somebody voted for Lizard People again.
