Well, I'm home again. I got back from visiting my brother in Roanoke over the weekend. It was not my most restful vacation ever, but it was very enjoyable! I have to say that it was in large part to a chance encounter with a guy...I'll call him Han, after the star wars character of course. They're kind of similar...quirky sense of humor, a little reckless, but good underneath it all. Anyway, Han and I hiked up to a rock yard on a mountain. It was spectacular up there. I loved actually seeing the stars. Of course, we then had to hike back down (climbing over rocks!) in the pitch black...we had a flashlight, but of course it was the new moon! It was awesome. He also took me to Smith Mountain lake the next night. I have to say, I love water...I am a pisces after all. And let me also say that I thouroughly enjoyed myself. I totally need it. Enough said. Oh, and I had fun visiting with my brother and sister-in-law too.
