BBQ and ice cream
I will forever be known now as "the girl who ran after the ice cream truck". I guess there are worse things to be known for. What can I say, I was offered free money for ice cream as long as my sadistic friends got to watch me run for the ice cream truck! :) I had to make it past two gates (one of which was bungee corded shut mind you), and run uphill, but I caught it...thus earning the respect and laughter of my fellow friends...and I'd do it all again...hear that Old Swordsman, you'd better keep some ice cream money on you! But I had a really good time tonight. Some friends and I got together for a BBQ...the first of what I hope becomes a regular occurrence this summer. I don't think anything tastes quite as good as when its off the grill. Now if we can just get a group together and go on a pilgrimage to Foamhenge...I still think we should go down there and do a Solstice ritual just to see what the reaction would be...it is rural VA after all!
