Tonight, I revisited gruyére chicken en croûte. Instead of a French-style foody, it was Italian style, mozzerella chicken en croûte. I made the mustard sauce, except with spicey brown instead of dijon. My roommate liked it quite a bit. I thought it was very tasty. What wasn't good was that it heated up my apartment about 5ºF
