Have 3 days off from work. It's my annual finish up my Christmas shopping and do my baking couple of days. Yesterday only got one batch baked, but made a batch that needed to be chilled before baking. Today I baked 4 batches of cookies, plus mixed up another batch of sandies and crackles which are chilling in the fridge for baking up later. ( Read more... )
