2012.03.16 Fukui - KAT-TUN Concert Fanreport

Please DO NOT post this entry elsewhere. DON’T DO IT. It took a long time to write this up, and I’d rather it stay here on my LiveJournal, please. Thank you.

NOTE: The majority of this entry was written on 3/16, so it's from my POV on that day. Just fyi.

Below is an intro and all the stuff leading up to my first KAT-TUN concert. It's rather long, so if you want to jump ahead to the actual concert, go here.

So. This was my first KAT-TUN concert ever. I've seen the DVDs, went through my initial phase of where I only watched Kame solos until I finally progressed to the full-blown KT fan I am today.

Feel free to skip ahead to the con part. I'm just gonna ramble on a bit about my experience with buying goods and all the subsequent parts leading up to me finally getting to my seat.

Okay. I was nervous about buying goods. I was paranoid about there being a huge-ass line early in the morning and having to wait in it... (I've had this experience with Jump Festa in Japan. I realize that I should not have compared the two. LOL In my defense, KAT-TUN is totally my Jump Festa now.) Anyways, I was anxious to get to Sun Dome Fukui to 1) see where it was and 2) scope out the goods line. I dragged my poor father with me to check it out as well.

Well, we leave Fukui Station around 10:30am or so, and when we finally make it to Sabae Station, then walk to Sun Dome Fukui, it's around 11am. And there are three other fans there. LOL The goods table is only in the midst of being set up. There aren't even tables yet. Just the tents. LOLx2

So, basically - oop.

My dad sticks around for a bit, shakes his head in that 'oh, you're silly in that way of yours' and then I walk him back to Sabae Station. I then proceed to walk back to Sun Dome Fukui to basically just wait until 2:30pm for the goods line to open. More fans come as it nears the opening time, but no huge crowd or anything.

There are obviously other people anxious to get the goods and finally, the staff tells us to line up in one spot because we're all basically crowding the real line for goods to take a look at the previews they've set up, etc. Then, *then*, 2:30 hits and they let us in.

For people who've never bought KT (or rather, any Johnny's group) concert goods, here's the gist of how the line works. For Fukui, they separated the goods table into three sections. (My understanding is the division of sections depends on the venue.) Each section is selling a different group of goods. When I entered the goods area, it went from left to right. Also, each section had about 3~5 people manning it and you could enter whatever line.

The first section was selling the pamphlets, photosets, bath towel, pouch and shopping bag. I bought my load there and then moved on to the second section. They were selling the clearfiles, uchiwa, pin badge & sticker set and band-aids. After I got my load there (and trying not to drop anything), I moved once again to the right for the last section. They were selling the posters, hair tie, T-shirt, bag strap, and then the shopping bag again. The *only* item which was selling in two sections was the shopping bag.

Okay, while I'm balancing all my goods, I finally make it out of the line (and to FREEDOM!!!). There is, however, another tent set up next to the goods tents. This tent is basically selling KAT-TUN DVDs and CDs. :D I did not check it out because 1) I knew they'd be full price and 2) I really was trying to handle all my goods. =.=;;

I was buying goods for myself and some friends. I didn't even open up a full order and already I was having trouble! I'm just glad they sold bags first 'cause I dumped a lot of stuff in just one of the bags. By the way, the bags are awesome. Big enough to fully fit any of the goods (except for the poster, ofc) and seems to be good quality. It has to be my favorite of any of their past bags, all of which I can nitpick about, lol. But the Chain bags are simple and good quality. Perfect.

Let me tell you the story of the posters. I was definitely buying a group one (because omg, it was really nice and not at all lame and boring like NMP's group one for the domestic tour; the NMP group poster for the world part of the tour was cool tho) and then a Junno one. (No triangle head and he had his hair swept down~ yay~) When I was making my list of goods I wanted the night before, I stopped at posters because I was wondering if I should buy Kame's. (I have his BtR and QoP posters, which I have never regretted buying because zomg, so pretty.) But I couldn't remember what the preview looked like and I thought if he had his hair down, then I would probably pass... One look at the preview while I was in line and I was like 'YOU SHALL BE MINE.' He has his hair kinda clipped up and I absolutely love that look on him. *____*

However, there was no way I was carrying three posters back with me in separate plastic protectors, so I combined all three in one. That's the first thing I did when I got out of line. Headed for some empty stairs, sat down and rearranged everything with my backpack and shiny new Chain bag. I checked the time: it was 2:45pm. lol I was in there for less than 15min and when I passed by on my way back to the station, there was no line. =.=;;; So much for my paranoia!

However, it turned out to work in my favor, because by the time I walked back to Sabae Station (it's around a ~17min walk), got on the local train to Fukui (there's about one local train per hour, what the heck?), walked from Fukui Station to my hotel (Hotel Fujita Fukui), it was around 4:10pm.

I laid out all the goods I bought and wrote down my expenses (plus my friends' expenses) in my little book. (I'm actually doing pretty well keeping track of everything. /personal accomplishment) Then I took pictures. Which you can't see b/c I have no way of uploading them! \(^.^)/ (I'll probably edit this post when I get home to add a few random pics and possibly papa pics to illustrate what looks to be a long-ass entry with my ramblings.) It was like a KAT-TUN treasure trove~ *_____*

Oh, side-story: I went to the post office on the way back to my hotel to see if they had a poster tube. (I said 'poster tube' like 'posutaa chuubu'. The lady gave me a blank face and then was like 'poster package'? So. Ask for that. lol) It was basically a triangle shaped box for posters. I got it so I can carry around my posters without worrying about squishing (and then subsequently, creasing them. :OOO)

As it neared the time for me to leave my hotel, I changed from jeans to a skirt. I'm a shirt and jeans kind of gal. That is my everyday wear. But I dressed up for KAT-TUN. (DO YOU SEE WHAT I DO FOR YOU??? -talking to KT-) Forest green skirt, brown belt, beige tank top, slightly darker beige sweater and then black pea coat. Then completed that with my Bemu stick necklace which I wore for the first time ever this morning.

I took one of the black Chain bags I bought and stuffed everything I needed in there, including my penlight (totally needed!) and two Chain uchiwas (Kame and Junno). I hauled my ass to Fukui Station (which is around a ~7min walk) and decided to take a taxi.

DO NOT TAKE A TAXI. My total came out to 5,110yen and the driver hadn't even made it to Sun Dome Fukui yet! He kindly stopped the meter. =.=;;; Plus the drive took forever and I was like "bitch, really?" Not to the driver or anything, but to the situation. orz

If you ever go to a Fukui con, I recommend just getting to know the train schedule and plan accordingly. From Fukui to Sabae Station on the local train, it's 230yen. 5,110yen versus 230yen. Taxi feels like it takes forever (plus there is traffic) and it's expensive. For the train, you may have to wait, but if you plan, the waiting on the platform's not all that bad and then when you're finally on the train, you're constantly moving so it doesn't feel like you're wasting time. (I just recommend traveling early as the closer to the con time, the more crowded the train will be and it is not a fun experience.) Then the walk is kinda refreshing. So. I'll let you do the math about the two different types of transportation.

Aaaannnyyyywwwaaaayyyyyssss, by the time I got dropped off, it had to be like 6:05pm or something. I found and made it to my seat by 6:10pm. Actually, I went to one of the workers so they could help me. And I went to the wrong seat in my row because I'm an idiot. But it turned out I got an aisle seat. \(*.*)/ For my section, it was basically 5 seats per row and then the aisle.

My seat was Stand, 2nd floor, North 2 Block, O Row. And lemme tell you, I felt like I was HELLA CLOSE. There is a reason people suggest you go to arena cons if you can. I felt so close and the stage was big and beautiful and had giant chains and I was like 'zomg, am I really here????' Cue emotional internal sobbing.

When I was finally in my seat, I was trying to take in everything. During the twenty minutes I waited for the con to start, they played the CHAIN album CM twice on the big screens.

Here is the layout of the arena area:

And the walkway is the 'hanamichi'. It was not that wide, tho. Forgive my... err, drawing skills with the computer? xD I have no idea if 'main stage' and 'back stage are the right terms, but I'm going with it! :D

The concert starts pretty much at 6:30pm on the dot, maybe a few min after, but this makes me incredibly happy because there is nothing that annoys me more than a concert that starts late. And sooo... concert STAATO!

Opening
Instrumental music. We get the opening vid of KAT-TUN. They're in a nondescript room. First is Koki, fixing his shirt, I think, then as Koki moves, the camera pans back and we see Junno. Junno and Koki then move and we see Tacchan. Then the three move and we see Maru. He flips a key in his hand. The camera keeps panning to the left and we see someone (guess who?) with a book covering his face. He moves the book - omygosh, it's Kame! ;P During this whole thing, each guy gets a close up and then their name flashes on the screen.

After the intro, we see them in varying points around the city dressed in long black coats and holding black orbs in their hands. Then in the orbs, appear a different word for each member. I can't remember what they were other than 'Yuuki', 'Egao' and 'Nakama'. Though the other two might be 'Ai' and 'Kibou'. -thinking cap on-

The orbs fly away and as the boys are finally in one place, lined up together in the VTR, white wings appear on their backs.

Then... two sides of the stage (or rather, screen) pull back, and there's KAT-TUN! I'm actually looking down at the wrong place, lol and didn't realize when the two sides of the stage pulled back, they're on a raised platform. They're wearing the same long black coats seen in the VTR, holding the black orbs. I think they toss the orbs and bam! Swell of instrumental music as everything goes dark and I can see them moving around, taking off their coats. The platform is being lowered as this happens.

Anyways, before this, as they first appear, I'm waiting with bated breath to see which KAT-TUN member I'm going to see first for the first time ever live. The fact that I'm looking at the wrong place when two sides of the stage pull away kinda blows the wind out of my sails, lol. And now I can't remember who my eyes landed on first. I think I was in shock, lol. Also, I was looking for Junno in particular. xD But I think my eyes landed on Koki since he was smack in the middle.

BIRTH
Upper level ---> lower level of main stage. They're all wearing different variations of black suits, if I remember right, but just Johnny-fied. You know, gold trimming, sparkles here and there. I can't remember the exact outfit, but I'm sure papa photos have captured them.

I'll be honest, I remember very little about the actual performance because my heart sorta just burst with so many FEELINGS as my eyes tried to process what I was seeing. It's like I couldn't actually believe I was actually seeing KAT-TUN in the flesh. They were there. On stage. Performing. IN FRONT OF ME. ashfdjfhdksjhfksjafhsakjfhd

My brain could not compute their awesomeness and had to take some time so it could catch up and rewire itself for me to properly watch the concert.

STAR RIDER
Main stage ---> hanamichi ---> back stage. I was looking forward to the beginning of this performance because the initial positions are supposed to be T-TUN basically holding on to Kame and surrounding him. We don't see this in the PV b/c we get the spinning diamond that explodes, and when it explodes, KT's already in the motion of exploding into the dance steps. >.>;; But we know the initial positions are like that because 1) shop photos and 2) they open Countdown 2011-2012 like this.

Anyways, they don't do it. :( They kinda get into the positions but there's space between each of them. =.=;; This also happens for the part when it's Tacchan in the middle and they're supposed to touch him. Instead, they're more spaced out from each other. My first reaction: 'WTH.'

Other than that, loved, loved, loved Star Rider perf. I believe they do the full song. They even have the dance break and I'm like akjdfhdskfjhskafhskjfhjfkajfdhs b/c the dance break is my favorite thing ever, zomg. Junno rocked it.

As they near the end of the song, the back stage is raised up high. *______*

CHANGE UR WORLD
Back stage, raised. Boys lose their jackets so we see them in button-up white shirts with vests over it. Again, I can't really remember this perf so much because I was like adhjkdshflkjahfskdhf. CLOSE. *__* I still don't know why Kame pronounces 'u fly' as 'ur fly'? Like WHY??? This bugs me.

They go into the small dance break CUW has by Kame whistling first, then doing his signature 'Dance!' line, which then leads into the dancing. Loved this.

Fast-forward towards the end of the song where the boys are lined up and Tacchan has that one nice solo line. Junno then gets his 'woooooooooooooo' part.

First, I must backtrack a little and give you some background info. This *entire* time from the start of the con, my eyes are glued to Junno for 98% of it. I'm determined not to miss anything having to do with him! I don't even want to watch the big screens. I just follow him around with my eyes.

Then, because the boys are lined up as N-> T -> KA -> U -> -T just as they're supposed to with the CUW choreo, I look away. Koki is basically the closest member to me at that moment. The back stage is to my left. My eyes catch Koki untucking his shirt and I thought he was gonna strip. =.=;; Naturally (-innocent-), I focus on him.

Then, then just as I do that, I happen to glance at Junno just as he finishes his 'wwwoooooooooooooooo' part, and HE IS SMILING AT KAME AND KAME IS LOOKING OVER HIS SHOULDER AT HIM, KINDA LAUGHING. For those of you who don't know, I am a Tomodachi-bu aka Kame/Junno fan. (OTP, y'all.) So this is a 'yay!!!' moment for me. Unfortunately, I have no idea why Kame had turned his head around to glance at Junno over his shoulder. All I know is that he was already in that position and Junno was smiling at him and they had this little laughing moment. ;^; WHY WAS I NOT LOOKING?!!

I completely blame Koki for sorta but not really taking off (okay, untucking, whatever) his shirt at that moment! He cockblocked me, GDI. -kicks Koki in the pants- (For those who can't tell that I'm kidding, I am. Maybe. Not really. Okay, maybe a teeny bit. KOKI, WAI. -sobs-)

Random tidbit: Tacchan also untucked his shirt some time during this song.

Keep the faith
Back stage, raised. My favorite part of this song is the beginning because Junno gets a few more solo lines than usual. As my luck would have it, they do not do the intro and just go straight into the song. =.=;;; Ugh. Of course, it is a shortened version, which then moves into...

ONE DROP
Back stage, raised. This does get a beginning. But for some reason, I have no recollection of what happened here. lol I believe I was back to stalking Junno with my eyes so I was watching all his random dancing as the others were singing in front of the formation.

WHITE
Back stage, raised ---> lowered ---> trolleys/hanamichi? ---> main stage. WHITE~ The song that I loved to hate and now love. This song was so 'ugh' and =.= for me when it first came out as KT's next single after UW. I was not happy, especially because the PV was not a PV to the full song. I believe the story is that the boys completed the PV and then for some reason, a second verse was added to the song after, and so the song is longer but the PV is shorter? Eff that. Really. (My annoyance. It bubbles just thinking about it.)

Anyways, something happened over the past month and now I love it. >.>;;; It is no longer on my '-sigh- why' list. I attribute a lot of the reason to their music show perfs, particularly the feel and look of their Heyx3 one. I adore it for some weird reason, which is strange because I actually loathe the Heyx3 show and I don't like Downtown or whatever that comedic duo is called.

But again, my memory is blanking on the perf. They do, however, make it back to the main stage and I watch Junno as he does the footwork that I love so much in White. (Love the footwork to pieces, but it is another instance of where I bemoan KT's lack of sync-ness. -> Yes, I know that it is not a word.) All the members are spaced out evenly in a row on the stage at this point.

Fukui greetings! The greetings are smushed in the middle of the White song. The usual so-so with the boys getting us pumped up, etc. It went from Kame -> Maru -> Junno -> Tacchan -> Koki.

Tacchan did his usual 'Are you pumped up? Are you pumped up?!' line. I kinda wished he would've changed b/c with the way he delivered it, it was obviously just a line that he had to say. As opposed to Junno's signature opening which he looks happy to be doing every time.

Speaking of that, ONE OF MY LIFETIME DREAMS HAS BEEN FULFILLED.

Junno went, 'Iriguchi, Deguchi-'

I screamed, 'TAGUCHI DESU~!' Okay, I didn't scream. I yelled. What's the difference? Yelling is not as intense as screaming? lol idk.

Then we get Koki pumping up the crowd for realsie. He is soooo good at his designated job in KT, gosh. I totally get pumped up when he does his thing.

Greetings end and they continue with the rest of the WHITE song.

Random tidbit: By this time, Koki has also discarded his vest somewhere, so he only has on his untucked button-up shirt. All the other members are still wearing the rest of their clothing, lol.

Lights go dark on stage, the boys disappear below the stage.

The LOCK ON PV shows up on the screens. It's not the actual PV though, but footage of the girl robot. It cuts to different parts of her, then cuts to the individual shots of the boys as they're staring at her, etc. (It includes the footage where Kame is kissing the tank, etc etc.) I am aware this part is here so it gives time for the boys to change.

Dancers come out on stage and do a little something to the techno music playing. I just wait for KAT-TUN, lol.

LOCK ON
Main stage. The intro happens and then bam!! Explosions with fire effects. New outfits. Kinda like sci-fi style. Think Tron-esque but not glowing, lol. I shall call them mirror jackets because they have triangle sections of reflective material. Girls go crazy when we see that Kame has donned his sunglasses.

Awesome perf. Junno does an awesome jump and punch. The dancing also does not disappoint.

COSMIC CHILD
Main stage ---> hanamichi ---> back stage. I am way into this song!! The boys make their way down the hanamichi, moving to the beat of the song. Junno is moving his neck back and forth, lol.

Then on the back stage, they're all doing their dancing. Some time during this, there are two members at the front, but again, I'm watching Junno. He and Maru kinda have a moment where they're looking and laughing at each other? Maru also does this big high kick as part of his dancing, idk. lol He repeats this later in the con.

I missed it when it happened, but I knew when Kame took off his sunglasses because the girls 'Kyaa~!'d and when I look over, his sunglasses are gone. lol

As this ends, lights go dark and they lose their mirror jackets.

Hakanai Yubisaki
Back stage ---> hanamichi ---> main stage. Now they all have on just white shirts. This is a beautiful song. It might be my favorite ballad on the CHAIN album. It does have close competition with 'Ano Hi no You Ni' though. Kame is late on this song. lol He is able to sing the last word of the first line before he finishes his part.

I cannot express what it does to me when I hear Junno's 'But I love you more~' and then Koki's subsequent 'Be still my heart~' My favorite two lines, hands down, in this song.

The boys are then in varying places. I believe Kame is either in the hanamichi or back stage, the other four are back on the main stage. They do individual dances as Hakanai Yubisaki breaks into an instrumental part. It starts with Junno back on the main stage. Basically, each member has 2 - or is it 4? - dancers that handle two white sheets and they make it flutter around the boys as they do an individual dance. The boys do some graceful, beautiful moves. I can't remember who's after Junno - probably Kame - but after Junno's done, he disappears below stage as the other four continue.

You know what this means? Junno's solo is next! daskjfhdksahfakshfskfjdhf

The boys finish their individual dancing with the fluttering white sheets. Lights dim.

FINALE
VTR. I believe a wine glass breaks and then we get the back of a woman in a blue(?) dress as she's leaving the apartment. We see Junno saying 'Wait!'; he looks brokenhearted. He falls to his knees. The music starts and we get sort of cut scenes of Junno looking all lost and forlorn, lol. The part I remember most is we see him kinda sighing and falling backwards on his bed. (He's ALONE, you guys. Geez.)

Main stage. The music swells and BAM!! Junno appears on stage - the upper level of the main stage - jumping up REALLY HIGH, ZOMG. It's one of the individual platforms that pushes you up and gives you an extra 'oomph' so you get more height. And Junno gets a lot of height. It's an exciting entrance and the crowd agrees. :D

Basically, he is amazing in this song. This is the kind of dancing I've been wanting to see from him ever since I saw him perform as a backdancer for Lovejuice. I love Junno when he's in his cheerful, positive mindset (I adore his solos, especially from Natsu no Basho and onwards), but FINALE is like a dream come true. I like when the boys show different sides to themselves.

For the first 'Sexy Lady~' part, Junno makes his way down the stairs to the lower level of the main stage where he performs for the remainder of his solo. He does a cool line dance with the backdancers during the rap part as the lights are dim and we get lasers.

Then during a section of the song, we get the VTR again of Junno cuts as he's basically pained over his fight/break-up. :(

Then when the full lights are turned back on, this happens at the moment Junno goes "HEY!!" and the power of this part is awesome and Junno makes you feel it. For some reason, as I was watching the screen and not him xD, he moved his jacket off one shoulder so you can see his shoulder/arm, lol. Then there's a lot of movement and intense dancing and singing. It basically feels like it just got pumped up several more degrees.

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PERFORMANCE. I love you, Junno! ♥

STEP BY STEP
Back stage ---> hanamichi ---> main stage. As the lights dim on the main stage, Maru appears on the back stage. For his solo, Maru utilizes lights a lot. Like. His outfit is made of lights, lol. There's a cool thing where a pink outline of a heart appears on his suit (over where his heart would be) and he kinda 'activates' the heart on two of the backdancers, making it appear. :)

I love the choreo for the 'step by step' part of the lyric when Maru does the little hop steps. :D There are very cool effects with the lights on his and the backdancers suits with creative dancing. I can't explain it very well, but I liked it. lol

VTR 1
- Manezaru boxing! Who's in the costume? Tacchan!
- Pantsuman! Or Underwear Man! Otherwise known as Koki! He is wearing underwear over his black outfit. We see him doing a kind of exercise video with underwear, lol. Basically, he and several others behind him get into position and then pull their underwear on and off.
- 5 second challenge w/ Junno as the 'lord' and Kame and Maru as his underlings. I'm not sure what the challenge was, but it looks like he had to eat something under 5secs? Junno goes on about how it's so easy, then Maru just starts the time and Junno's like 'wait! hold on!' trying to do it. He fails. xD lol

No Matter Matter
Trolleys - arena and stand, 2nd floor. Energetic intro!! The boys have changed outfits - they're all wearing different types and colored jackets. They each board a trolley. Maru and Junno are in the arena whereas Kame, Tacchan and Koki are on the 2nd floor.

This is where I proceed to FREAK OUT because they are now super close (as a reminder, the 2nd floor is my floor) and I feel like hyperventilating as they make their way toward me. Koki is coming from my right, while Tacchan and Kame come from my left.

As he makes his way over, a lot of people are pulling on Koki and he kinda has this smile on his face. It looks like a professional 'it comes with the job' smile. Like he's all 'oh, you fans' lol. Personally, I think it's cool if you want a high-five or a handshake or something, but pulling on their clothes and stuff? And when it's several people at once? D: This is why I hate it when the boys go into the crowds.

Anyways, because I don't want to look at Koki as he's tugged on, I turn to my left and my eyes widen bit by bit as Tacchan comes closer. He's kind of waving and such but he's not leaning against the trolley, which makes it hard for people to reach up and touch him. xD He then passes RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME and he's so handsome, my god. Same goes for Koki. They both are looking towards the back, so they're facing my section. Their trolleys meet perfectly right in front of the section to the right of mine and I watch as they switch trolleys. They keep waving and stuff and I'm waving like an idiot, but they don't look in my direction, lol.

So they keep moving...

ONE DAY
Trolleys - arena and stand, 2nd floor. Boys are still on the trolleys. Junno's and Maru's trollies kinda meet in the middle on either side of the hanamichi. So they both get off, then they have a moment where Maru claps Junno on the shoulder as if to say 'tanomu' or 'I leave [this section] to you' and they switch trollies. Now Junno is going through the section to the right of the hanamichi while Maru is on the left (whereas during No Matter Matter, they were switched).

I love the 'you you you~' part of One Day. :D

Anyways, during all this, the person I'm waiting for is slowly making his way towards my section. (Seriously, I don't know what it is but Kame's trollies are sssllllooowwww.) And just as Kame reaches the beginning of my section, he turns around and faces towards the main stage and looks down at the stand seats below. orz

So what do I do? I stare at his ass in his jeans. Whut. :|

He continues on and I wave goodbye to his pants - I mean, him.

PERFECT
Trolleys - stand, 2nd floor; main stage, hanamichi, back stage. Basically, the boys are everywhere, spread out. Kame's still on a trolley, but by this time, Koki and Tacchan just about reached the other end and then they're on the stage.

As the intro begins and it's just music, Junno yells 'Everyone's smiles are PERFECT!!' He and Maru are facing each other on the main stage as he says this, and Maru gives him this blank face and says 'Haa?'

Maru and Junno then make their way to the back stage, but Maru remains on the hanamichi as Junno goes all the way. Perfect never fails to pump me up in that happy cheerful way! I love this song to pieces. And it seems to pump up the boys too, particularly Tacchan, lol.

All 5 find their way to each other towards the end of the song after Koki's rap. No Kameno moment. ;^;

MC
Main stage. The boys are lined up like Kame -> Maru -> Tacchan -> Junno -> Koki. Random tidbits that should be more or less in order... (Have you ever tried taking notes during a con? lol, idk how I did it.):
- Junno mentions how Sabae is responsible for like 96% of Japan's eyeglass frames? lol Then Maru, who's wearing his glasses, points to them and says that those are probably from Fukui.
- Junno goes 'Me ga na(i) ne.' Hahahaha. "You have no eyes, huh." I believe he's referencing how when people smile, sometimes they're portrayed as having no eyes - you know, eyes closed because their smile is so big? I am not explaining this very well... Anyways, 'me ga na(i) ne' = 'megane'. IDK, ok. :| It's hard being a Junno fan and trying to understand him... =3=
- KAT-TUN mentions the tachimi section and thanks them, etc since they have to stand the entire time, lol. They have no seats.
- Kame and the rest talk about certain fan reactions. There's the excited people and then there are fans who are just looking up at him in awe, mouth a little open, eyes wide - he imitates this. lol You know, the typical - 'zomg, he's in front of me, what do I do? I'll just stare' look. Junno then says it seems like there are lot of shy people today.
- Nakamaru then mentions how there's probably people who have come to KT's concert for the first time today. And Junno also mentions there are a lot of guys in the audience as well. (And it's true! There were quite a few guys. There was a salaryman type of person sitting across the aisle to my left and there was a guy sitting behind me, in fact. LOL) Nakamaru asks who has come to KT's concert for the first time. I raise my hand with the other people, lol. Koki then asks about the guys and they raise their hands. xD
- Kame's the very first one on the far left of the stage, right? He hears people going 'Na-ka-ma-reeee~' and imitates them. lol He then tells them to say it one more time and Nakamaru looks intently over at their section as they do it again, lol. Koki's all 'Are you guys yankees?'
- The 'Nakamare' thing kinda sets off the rest of the audience as various people around the venue start to shout at the boys. Koki goes "Sorry, sorry. This isn't a corner where you can talk freely, right. It's our free talk, it's not the audience free talk." Nakamaru's like "yup~" in agreement, and Koki continues "You [the audience] are talking too much." lmao
- Kame talks about how there are lots of kids in the audience. (In fact, the entrance to the 2nd floor was to my left and there was a mom and kid standing there as Kame passed by on the trolley and he gave the kid a high five, if I remember right.) And how the moms are like giving flying kisses to KT, and how the kids are just watching their moms like O_O. lol KT then talks about how they're really happy that parents and kids came, and families, etc to cheer KT on.
- Maru talks about how they released 4 single CDs last year and how they released an album just recently, and how it reached #1. And we're all 'yyyaaayyyyyyy~' KT then thanks us for that. Koki mentions how they're the first to have 6 #1s in a row for album. We clap again. Junno then makes a joke about the 96% thing again (with a twist), but I'm not sure what he's trying to say. =.=;;; And even Koki's like 'Maa, even that, is not understandable...'
- Junno keeps trying to pun/make jokes and KT's are basically saying things along the lines of 'It's not working.' lol They keep talking about Junno and how he's like this all the time. Then Kame's like 'Hey, Taguchi, do you drink this~?'
- And voila! Kame is holding the Kirin expresso tea or whatever it is onstage, and of course, he plugs it! He drinks it and is all 'It's delicious, etc etc~'
- Koki talks about how the crab is delicious in Fukui.
- Kame does a little song and dance thing that sounds like it's from a CM or something. Or maybe another artist.
- Junno uses the 'usouso kawauso' gag. I don't remember why. lol
- Kame then *does* another little song thing that must be from a CM or movie or something... Something about fly getto... (b/c before that, Junno says something about 'frying', lol.) xD
- For some reason, Kame says if they compare KT to AKB, Taguchi is "Satou-san." The rest of KT's all 'Huh? Who's that?' They all keep talking and then Maru's like 'If there really is a Satou-san, she'd be shocked right now' lol. Junno's all 'why' to Kame and Maru's like 'it's a joke, right'.
- DenDen: Koki brings up Junno's hair. He tells Junno to face back so he can look at the huge screen onstage. The camera zooms in on Junno's mohawk-esque style. Or, at least, it's supposed to be that way. All the spikes on the back of his head have been flattened, in a circle, as if he slept on them. lol Maru's like 'you slept, right'. It's basically messed up and he asks Koki to fix it. So Koki touches Junno's hair and combs his fingers through it to make it spiky at the back again. Fangirls are 'kyaa'-ing with that and then Koki wipes the sweat from Junno's hair on Junno's shoulder, lol. The crowd laughs. Koki fixes Junno's hair and viola! Good as new. Apparently, Junno says that the staff that's supposed to set hair wasn't around, and that's what happened. xD Koki fixes it. After he's done, Junno says "How is it? Does it look good" Koki replies, "Isn't it good? But whatever, it's not my hair." lol Junno says "You're not kind/nice, huh." Pause. "Usouso kawauso." :D Cue fangirl screams.
- Then, during this time, I think to myself 'Tacchan has not talked at all.' xD And as I think this, Maru turns to Ueda and brings him into the convo. I think they talk about his hair. Then Junno says how Maru's hair is still the same as ever. And Maru's like 'It's set today.' lol Koki talks about Maru's hair during Step by Step.
- Maru keeps talking and Kame's all 'that talk is long'.
- They're still talking about hair. Kame talks about his usual routine. After shampoo and rinse, then wax and mousse, 'ichatte' feeling? Then he does another song from another artist with 'ichatte', waving around his towel. Maru does it with him as Junno sings along. Koki mentions how this is the most excited Kame has been and Junno agrees saying 'He's smiling big~' Kame keeps singing different things. xD
- Kame uses 'Nochiho~' aka Junno's thing. Junno likes to abbreviate 'nochihodo' into 'nochiho~'
- Junno plugs his new drama airing in April on Fuji TV - Legal High. Kame's (?) like 'I'm watching' and Junno's like 'It hasn't aired yet! It starts in April.' Koki's then 'this isn't a 'kawauso' thing, right?' and Junno's like 'No, it's real' lol. "Ranmaru" is a side-character who provides a support role for the lawyers in the drama. Kinda like a "ninja-type" role where he works from the shadows, lol.
- Junno says 'ni-juu-nichi' for the 20th, when the correct word is 'hatsuka'. This is a special exception in the Japanese language. Anyways, Junno plugs the TV show KT did with Takeshi-san, where NTT visited locations overseas and Kameda did something in Japan. (Kame does a little "bakayarou!" impersonation.) Junno talks about how it airs next week already.
- Koki goes 'Come to my house!' to the audience, lol. He then says his hallway is around this size -gestures at the venue- lmao Koki mentions a turtle, then Kame imitates walking slow like a turtle with his hands in the air. Then another song impersonation. IDEK.
- During this, Junno leaves. He comes back after, changed into the outfit with the Chain logo jacket.
- Maru brings up delicious tea, and then Kame once again talks about the delicious Kirin tea. He talks about how 'gogo tea' is amazing.
- Ueda has disappeared while Kame talks about his Kirin presscon and how they asked him what he wants to transform into. 'What do I want to transform into?' he thought, and says that he was thinking about saying 'I want to become human!' He talks about his thought process (he went through several things) before deciding on 'I'd become female and would want to wear a skirt. I'd want to walk around'. Then he talks about how all the news had that as a headline, lmao. Koki says he saw it on the news and thought, "That guy is really a pervert'', lol. Kame says he's interested in how a skirt would feel... Koki says if Kame turns into a girl and wears a skirt, Koki will turn into an older guy ('ossan') and flip his skirt. xD Then they all talk how when they were kids, they'd flip skirts. Kame's all 'I wonder why I'd flip skirts when I was kid...', Maru goes 'Eh?!'. Kame asks 'You didn't do it?', Maru goes 'I did.' xD
- Ueda's gone for quite a while and right as I think that, Ueda comes out but he's not just wearing his logo jacket, he's brought the jackets for Kame, Koki and Maru too! lol Kame says he's like a stylist. He hands the jackets out to them. Or rather, he holds out all three jackets to Koki first and Koki looks for his, and then Ueda does the same for Kame and Maru.
- Kame's all 'Ueda's telling us to go ahead with the next song already!' The boys, however, keep on talking.
- Maru plugs the last ep of Hayami. He says even if you haven't been watching, please watch the last episode. Kame brings up the gay brother and Nakamaru's all 'Boys' love, right?' lol Kame says how surprised he was and he proceeds to plug Hayami. Maru says the last episode is really interesting. Koki says he's been watching every week, and Maru asks how was last week. Koki says last week was the best. Maru - 'Which part?' Koki bs's. Maru makes up a scene and Koki's like 'yeah, that one!' and Maru's all 'There is no such scene. You didn't watch it.' Koki - 'I didn't watch it.' Then Maru to the audience - 'Please watch the last episode!' Koki - 'I'll watch it.'
- Kame goes on to say how he was in a meeting with Johnny about DBS and how Kame mentioned Hayami was on, and they turn it on for a bit, lol. And it was the part with the gay brother. xD At the end, Kame goes 'I'm looking forward to the last episode!'
- Koki says "There's Legal High, too." Junno's like "Yes." And Kame - "The ninja role, right?" Junno - "It's not a ninja role." xD The character's full name is "Kaga Ranmaru". Junno talks about how Kaga (a place) is close by. (And it is, lol. I saw the sign and had a geek moment for Junno.) There's this melody that goes 'dun dun dun dun dun dun', like this. Instead Junno goes 'ka ka ka ka ka ga ga' and he giggles. xD
- Kame then has a Junno story which I did not understand. =.= /fail skills :( It seemed funny though. ;^;
- Maru then brings the convo around to Ueda. And poor Ueda. xD This entire time, he's just quiet. orz
- Then Maru talks about he was denied entrance to the backstage. He was stopped by the security guard. (So this happened twice to KAT-TUN! First time was Junno, lol.) The guard was all his pass is no good, and Maru - even though he's y'know, authorized - he just nods his head and goes 'Aahhh' in agreement. LOL
- Koki talks about how he, Kame and Ueda all have the ~aura~ (y'know, idol aura that comes out xD). Maru's like, 'yeah, as expected'. Kame laughs and says that Taguchi's expression is like 'I'm lumped together with Nakamaru...' xD Maru then talks about Junno's strange orange pants and Junno retaliates with a comment about Maru's strange pink pants.
- And even more talking... This whole time, after Ueda brings out Katsu-un's jackets, they're all just wearing their jackets and standing in position for the next song, but they just continued talking. xD But finally, Maru goes 'Shall we go to the next song?' Koki apologizes then introduces the next song...

SMILE FOR YOU
Main stage. The boys are all lined up in a row. Nakame changes the first two lines of the song. They're all wearing various designs of the Chain logo as a jacket with different colored pants. The choreo for this song is super cute. I adore it. Like. A lot. Ueda jumps a lot during this song, too. lol

Band Introduction
Main stage. Koki has disappeared and gone to change (y'know what that means...) The other four remain on stage to introduce the band. They nod their head/dance along with the beat, going back and forth between band members.

Beatbox
Main stage. KAT-U leave the stage as Maru remains behind to display his beatbox. I have no idea how he does it, but Maru's amazing. He does a trumpet sound and then there's one part where he moves the mic away from his mouth and continues to beatbox, but he like purses his lips, lol. After some more impressive beatboxing, Maru asks the band if they want to battle. Then he battles with the drums and guitar.

DANGEROUS CAT ~MAKE ME WET~
Main stage ---> hanamichi ---> back stage. Stage is dark and then is lit up and Koki does a sort of intro dance. There are three chairs on stage and he's in the middle. He and two backdancers do a cool intro dance with the chairs. When the song finally starts, the stage goes dark again and when it lights up, we see Koki on a chair surrounded by more dancers and Koki's holding chains to their collars.

I think you either love or hate this song. I just remember laughing my ass off when I first heard it. I didn't love or hate it either way and I knew the performance would decide for me. I personally enjoyed it a lot. You just really have to go with the flow of where Koki wants to take you. lol Plus he's really adorable doing all the cat poses with the 'meow~' parts.

When he makes his way down the hanamichi, he strips off some articles of clothing. He's still wearing his shirt at the end though, for the curious. ;P He basically takes off his hat, jacket and possibly vest? (I can't remember if he's wearing a vest.)

I also remember there is a lot of touching going on. LOL

Zutto
Main stage, upper level. Kame appears on stage surrounded by white orbs at varying levels. They're bathed in an orange glow. He performs there the entire time, rarely moving, and just putting his all into singing the song. I love it. I know a lot of people prefer the performance!Kamenashi, but this Kame is lovely too.

There's a part with purple and green lasers and towards the end, Kame points down, and then the lasers are scattered all over the roof of the dome. It's soooo pretty. There's also white and blue twinkle lights set up in the background behind the stage to give it a starry atmosphere. It's all very ~dreamy~ and sets the mood quite well. A perfect lullaby and during Kame's solo, I could easily imagine just being outside on a hillside at night, staring up at the stars in the midnight sky.

I especially love how Kame ends his solo by throwing glitter in the air. *_____* Then he descends below the stage (like a portion of the upper level goes down so he's now out of sight) and everything goes dark.

The lullably melody continues to play, all twinkling and stuff before it slowly starts to transition into hard rock.

Untitled Ueda Song Hansel and Gretel
Main stage. Two guitarists play on either side, rocking out. Ueda shows up in the middle with his guitar. As he starts to play and sing, only one thing is running through my mind: 'Ueda is fuckin' fabulous.' I am not even kidding, lol.

Confession: I still have not seen/heard all of Ueda's solo songs. I know lots of people love his music - and rightfully so - but I was never enthusiastic about some of his solos.

But as he played through this song, I was seriously considering becoming a Tacchan fan. It moved me that much. xD

This is the solo that Ueda played at the very first venue of the tour. It's all in English and people say it's very visual-kei. I don't listen to visual-kei at all so I have no idea, but it's basically a kick-ass rock song. The main color theme is red, lots of red, interspersed with white. I have no idea what the title of this song is, but I read something about how a fan asked Ueda and it might be 'Hansel & Gretel'? I'll try to confirm this.

Anyways, the intro with the red beams of light made me think it was Ueda's song 'Runaway', lol. Unfortunately, it was not. But also maybe fortunately at the same time! I hope he plays Runaway at the next con. ;P

Fanrecordings do not do this song justice. It is amazing live. Ueda is amazing live.

Random note: I had to read the English on screen to understand what he was saying. Some of the lyrics don't really make sense, but at the same time, I did sorta get the gist of it...? haha

SOLDIER
Trolleys, arena and 2nd floor; main stage. SOLDIER starts and it's dark and while the venue is still in darkness, I see Junno appear in front of me - HOLY FUCK. adjsdjfaskhgkshgaksghdkfjgaghdk His trolley is RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY SECTION. HE APPEARS AS IF BY MAGIC. He is tall and handsome and gorgeous and facing my section and he waves and stuff, but doesn't look at me, AND I DON'T CARE B/C HE WAS SO CLOSE. *_____________* Like, who the fuck needs binoculars when he is thisclose.

Then the trolley immediately keeps moving to the right so Junno doesn't stay in front of my section very long once the lights turn on and the members are illuminated at varying places around the venue. On the main huge screen above the stage is a CG picture of a castle/fortress with KAT-TUN flags. Then some time during the song, the background of the castle becomes a starry night/cosmo sky and there are chains swirling around.

In the middle of the song, Ueda joins the others on the main stage. Oh, forgot to mention that Kame and Koki are on the trolleys in the arena while Junno and Maru are on the trolleys on the 2nd floor. I liked this a lot because they switched their positions from the last time they were on the trolleys. Junno and Maru were on trolleys that started in the middle of the 2nd floor before Junno went to the right and Maru to the left.

Oh, by the way, the boys are now in jeans and wearing the sparkly black jackets with small trims of gold. It's not sequin sparkly, but like black with a sort of a glittery effect under the lights? I think it's actually rather nice. *_______*

All five gather on the main stage.

Ano Hi no You Ni
Main stage, stairs. They're all gathered on the stairs. JunRu are sitting down while KA-TU are standing up. There are green lights/spots in the background - a very nice effect. This is really a very lovely song and I love the calm, simple atmosphere of the performance. Then in the middle of the song, the boys move and separate. They all end up in different parts of the stage.

Taguchi and Maru are on either end of the main stage, Kame is smack in the middle of the hanamichi and Koki and Ueda are on either end of the back stage.

Hodoukyou
Main stage, hanamichi, back stage - individual raised platforms. The spots beneath the boys raise up like a small square platform. Kame's twinkle lights from his solo are turned on. There is some Kameno and DenDen harmony which is quite nice. Another calm, lovely song.

As they near the end, the platforms move down and the five make their way back to the center of the main stage. Lights dim, they disappear.

VTR 2/Nakamaru Clinic/Ball Game w/ Audience
VTR. They show clips of Nakamaru's Clinic from 2010 con. They then show two separate interviews with Dracula!Kame and then dentist!Nakamaru. Yadda, yadda, yadda... Ueda is seen eating in the background of Kame's vid while Junno appears in his samurai costume as Nakamaru's assistant.

Nakamaru then says he'll meet Dracular on 3/16 in Fukui. On the screen, there is then a picture of Sabae Station.

Nakamaru appears first wondering if Dracula will come. Then Kame appears on the other end of the main stage. Kame is looking around blankly at the audience. He's holding posters in a white bag. Nakamaru waves from his end of the stage, going 'Oi. Oooooooooooiiiiiii.' Finally, Kame turns towards him. He gets excited and goes 'Sensei~~' He runs towards him and it looks like he might hug him- PSYCH. Kame runs past him, lol.

There's a part where they move to shake hands, but Kame fakes him out. Like, three times. lol Maru has this wry smile on his face with the last one and makes punching motions at the ground. xD Kame also does a crab impersonation, making two peace signs with both hands to imitate crab claws.

They then do a sort of fight pose where their legs are spread apart, they're facing each other and they have both their hands in crab claws (the two peace signs). They point at each other like that. And then, they do a handshake like that with the claws, lol. So picture the peace signs - Kame has his horizontal, Maru has his vertical - and they kinda lock/fit together in a "handshake". :D

Dracula-kun aka Kame starts to add ~kani (crab) at the end of some of his sentences, lol.

The other three appear on stage Pantsman (Underwear Man aka Koki), Pepe (Manezaru aka Ueda) and samurai!Junno or as Nakamaru introduces him - "Gannosuke."

Kame tries to do the claw/peace sign handshake with Pepe, but Pepe just has one mitt for a hand. lol He has no fingers. xDDD

Kame hits Gannosuke on the head (with a rolled up poster, if I remember right) right between his 'horns'.

Kame starts to untie his shirt and Koki stops him as the fangirls scream.

KT explains the game. The venue is divided into two halves. The white team and the black team. I'm on the right side so I'm on the black team w/ Dracula and Pepe!! I'm happy because it's Kame and then unhappy because the black team sucks. lol They've rarely won. xD orz KT will draw tickets from the people on the winning side and the audience on that side has a chance to win a signed poster by KAT-TUN. :D

There are two balls for either side. We start with one ball and have to make it to the main stage. Then once the first ball makes it, they start with the second ball. If the ball falls in an aisle, one of the members has to help push it back to the audience and basically acts as support.

Anyways, rewind back a little. KAT-TUN (or rather, their characters on stage) introduce the prize aka the signed poster. Maru asks "What do you have there, Junnosuke?" and Junno corrects him "It's Gannosuke". lol Junno unrolls the poster and shows it to the crowd. And KT's all 'Ooohh~' Maru's like 'It's a KAT-TUN signed poster!' Dracula then goes 'I have an acquaintance in KAT-TUN.' Maru says, "Oh really? Who?" Kame points to Maru on the poster. Maru - "What kind of person is he?" Kame - "This guy, he has long talks. When we're together, it's al~ways long." Maru - "Really?" He moves to punch Dracula, lol, but is stopped by Koki.

The boys then look at their respective sections and say they'll do their best. Kame says it in a cool way, lol. And then when he asks Pepe, Pepe raises his fist in the air and we all respond by shouting and doing the same. lmao

Junno, Ueda and Kame move down the hanamichi with Maru a little behind. And I miss it as Kame takes Junno's sword and cuts Junno down. orz (WHY AM I MISSING EVERYTHING, OI. :||||) I notice only because Junno shouts as he's "cut". I basically see the aftermath as Junno is sprawled on the floor "dead" and Kame also cuts down Pepe aka Ueda. Ueda falls down. When Junno shouted, Maru's like 'What happened?!' and comes down the walkway. Kame cuts him too. But Maru takes a hella long time to die. LOL He just stumbles around, clutching his wound. xD Koki's all "Hurry up and DIE!"

Junno's all "Long! Sensei's taking a long time." Then Maru finally "dies". xD

Kame clutches Nakamaru's arm and points at Junno, going 'That guy... It can't be...' Nakamaru's all 'What?' and Kame's '.........' lmao Koki gets impatient and yells at them to decide what they're doing.

KAT-TUN have a lot of fun playing around with Junno's katana, coming up with different impersonations, jokes. After Kame does the killing on the hanamichi, they continue messing around on the back stage. xD Making it Excalibur, a sushi knife, etc.

Finally, the boys get into position and Kame faces my section since the ball is right behind me up with the tachimi people. The first ball makes it to the stage pretty quickly but we have problems with the 2nd one. The ball falls in an aisle in the arena and Kame and Ueda are both near the main stage in front and are too slow to find the ball and then help give it back to the crowd. xDD I'm thinking 'REALLY, GAIZ. REALLY?!' And before I know it, it's over.

It is no surprise to me at all that White Team wins. xD I was too busy watching the black balls so I don't know what Junno and Maru were doing, but I'm assuming they were pretty fast in helping.

Anyways, the boys make it back onto the main stage. Junno kinda lays out on the huge white ball, lol. (Cute. ♥) Kame talks about how everyone was pulling and touching him as he went through the aisles. xD He imitates them and touches himself, dragging a hand over his shirt and then under his shirt. He does this a few more times throughout the convo as he tries to explain what happened on the Black Team's side. lol

Maru: I'm God (kami).
Kame: I'm a turtle (kame).
Junno: I'm a crab (kani). -does the two claws thing-
--- IDEK.

When picking the posters, Junno says "Congratulations~" in English. After, Kame wonders why the Black Team isn't winning. Maru says it's teamwork and Junno agrees. And yeah… White Team's teamwork isn't that great. xD Koki comments that the White side has a lot of pure people and the Black side has more perverts, LOLOL. (Referencing all the people reaching out to touch Kame rather than being interested in moving the ball forwards.)

At the end, Kame bites Maru, then Koki, touches Pepe on the ears, approaches Junno… Junno shouts, already waiting there for the bite, looking down at the ground with his neck bared. Kame stops and Junno just waits, then moves his head around from side to side, baring his neck on either side. Kame leaves, but you can hear him laughing. xDDD;;; (Gannosuke = FOREVER ALONE.) The stage goes dark.

NEVER x OVER ~「-」 IS YOUR PART~
First, we get all the back dancers doing some kind of dance that I did not pay attention to. B/c. Well. I'm waiting for KAT-TUN to come back. lol The dancers get this dance break basically so KT has time to change and get ready.

Then the music for NxO starts and on the huge screen is a picture of 5 figures in black doing the NxO hand choreography so the fans know how to do it. It's not hard at all, but lol, I suck at it. xD

BAM! KT pops out of main stage. Three of them are on the upper level, two on either side of the bottom level. They've changed into variations of black and red w/ dark jeans, plaid, etc.

Junno messed up 2-3 times on juggling and Kame helped him out, tossing the balls back to him. 8D

Ueda was really cute! Except it kinda felt like he was there, but not really? You know that feeling when someone looks through you? lol Idk, Ueda was weird tension today.

Maru did a kind of spin kick.

After the member intros and a little more of the NxO song, KAT-TUN does an awesome line dance, similar to the kind of they did on Music Lovers last year. The lighting's fantastic on this part. There's also a part where it's like they're controlling the movement of the lights. *___* After, KAT-TUN does a sort of mask dance that is really FREAKY. I CAN'T. orz There's a part where they all duck behind a long black sheet and pop out again, but I figure these are the back-up dancers in identical masks. As the back-up dancers continue to dance as "KT", KT makes their way to the back stage. (Of course, the audience isn't seeing this, lol.)

When NxO starts up again, surprise!!! KAT-TUN is now on the back stage. ;P They go straight into the chorus, singing, and during this, make their way back towards the main stage on the hanamichi.

GIVE ME, GIVE ME, GIVE ME
Main stage. I have notes that I got annoyed with the cameraman here, but I don't remember why. lol Anyways~ I was unsure what to think about Gimmex3 being on the setlist, but OMG, this song is perfect for a concert! It was fabulous, the choreo is fantastic and the boys rock it. Especially Junno, if I do say so myself. His movements are really sharp and he does the neck choreo really well, lol.

LIPS
Main stage, trolleys. Junno starts running, I forget where. lol Koki forgets his part at the beginning of the song. xD Well, he's just a little late on the entrance. Koki and Kame get on trolleys while Junno's running around, before Junno gets on Koki's trolley and then Koki gets on another one. Maru is somewhere on the hanamichi. Ueda ignores his trolley. xD;;;

Peacefuldays
Everywhere, lol. Backstage, main stage, trolleys, etc. The band plays another random filler song at first and Kame goes "Etto… the band made a mistake, right". Then Peacefuldays starts! However, the song wasn't being played quite right. O.o;;; The part where it goes "K! A! T, T, U, N!" went by a little fast and the fans couldn't sing it properly. xD Actually, the whole song was a little off… KT couldn't sing it properly! >.> BAND, WAI. At this time, Koki is on the 2nd floor and he runs down the pathway and people are of course reaching out and touching him.

Yuuki no Hana
Main stage. They stood like U -> -T -> KA -> T -> N. I love this song to no end, and KAT-TUN did not disappoint. It was so moving to have them, singing it live, right in front of me. There is a beautiful long back vocal by Tacchan, who is then joined by Koki. SHIVERS, I TELL YOU. They head to the upper floor of the main stage to say their ending messages, still with Yuuki no Hana instrumental playing in the background. It goes from Kame to Junno to Ueda to Maru to Koki. When one person finishes their message, they move to the back of the upper level. They save the cheesiest person for last. \:D/ lol This is in no way a criticism. I love Koki and his words are the perfect ones to end on, to be honest.

After they're all lined up in the back, they put on the long black duster jackets they had on at the beginning of the con (and what they wear in the VTR). A part of the stage lifts up with them on it and then the screens on either side of them begin to close. The camera focuses on one member at a time. Kame winks, crowd goes crazy. End on Koki bowing as the screens close in on them.

We get an angel VTR as KAT-TUN stand on a roof. With their wings spread, they fly~~~

Encore
Real Face
Main stage -> everywhere. Kame and Junno get on trolleys for the 2nd floor. Kame starts off on my side (the right) while Junno's on the other side. They switch trolleys when they meet in the middle. Argh, I could never get tired of just staring at them as they pass by. It's like ':O ZOMG, THEY ARE IN FACT REAL PEOPLE.' Ueda's just walking from main stage to back stage, all the while ignoring all the trolleys that staff brings up to him, lol. Maru's on a trolley on the bottom floor, if I remember right. Junno does the ending RF rap. *_________* Happy, happy~ And instead of 'Ore wa JOKER', he goes 'Ore wa Junno!' lol

Yorokobi no Uta
Everywhere! Maru passes by me on a trolley. My favorite "Subarashii sugiru" line that is usually sung by Kameno was just sung by Junno. -broken heart- After that, Kame says "Aishiteru" to the fans. He says it, doesn't sing it. :) I was so happy they kept YnU because it's one of my favorite KT songs. ♥

With YnU instrumental still playing, KT goes about doing the 'thank you's to the dancers, the band, etc. 8D

Kame tells us to hold hands. I thought I would be a little weirded out at this part, lol, but it was cool. Koki tells us to hold hands even with the people we don't know next to us, it's a "chain". :) While KT is holding hands, JunRu does a little dance. Like, they do the wave just between the two of them, lol.

Kame: WE ARE-
Fans: KAT-TUN!!

Woot, woot~!!!!!

The music ends. Maru goes, "Everyone! Marry me!!"

Double Encore
DIAMOND
KT comes out! They talk for a little, Koki going about how it's been three hours already and how we have to catch the train, lol. But they decide to do one last song! There's a fun part during the refrain where KT waves one of their arms from side to side and the audience follows them. There's also a part where Kame tells the fans to sing~ At the end, they all say 'thank you' and 'bye bye'. Junno's all "Come again, ok~ Bye~" Then he also goes "Ki wo tsukete kaeta kani", continuing Kame's joke from earlier with adding "~kani" at the end of a sentence. orz

Maru ends with "Marry me!!!" Again.

People cheer and try to get KT to come back, but that's it. Time to catch the train!

And so ends my first KAT-TUN concert ever. IT WAS AMAZING. -sobbing- I would definitely go again and again and again and again. ;P The boys are all so absolutely gorgeous in person, it's unbelievable.

Kame was perfect and did not disappoint. And with BIRTH, he even opened with a wink at the audience to get the con going, lol. That was so him that I had to giggle. He did all the typical Kame things with his winks, sunglasses, body movements, fanservice… He just seemed so otherworldly sometimes and very cho-Kamenashi.

Also. Junno. No doubt, he is the absolute best in terms of interacting with the fans in the audience. He was constantly waving, pointing and making eye contact. I'm pretty sure the times he pointed were when fans were holding the 'Point at me!' uchiwas. lol He was so tall and so very, very handsome. And his smile is as bright and kind as I imagined it to be.

Koki. Really amazing. While Junno is the best at interacting, Koki had no qualms about letting fans touch and pull at him. orz When he was on the trolley for the 2nd floor, he would sometimes sit/lean on one side, so he's super close to the people sitting in the first row. They could just reach out and touch him. They would do this, but he would be singing and sometimes looking elsewhere. xD Koki seemed really kind, and I loved how he had to reign in the other members. He was like a dad who had to watch over his unruly kids.

Ueda was quite dashing with his short hair, but he had very weird tension today. He rarely talked and was just… there. He had the whole 'there but not there' aura about him. :( A little disappointing. (ETA: He makes up for this at later cons.) But still. Gorgeous.

Maru was silly and funny and really rather charming. I love when he puts on those large glasses, lol. Plus I will never forget him stumbling around, taking forever to "die". xD

My following three fanreports will be a lot shorter than this one, I can promise you that. lol Partly because I'm lazy, partly because I honestly can't remember a lot of the cons anymore except for a select few moments. orz I've learned my lesson. Next time, I have to start working on my fanreports straight after I get back to my hotel room! Anyways, please look forward to my other reports - I make eye contact with Junno at my next two cons! *____*
