It's Done

Pictures WILL follow, I swear! But it's done! I was gonna whip-stitch the edges with copper wire to finish them off, but I don't think there's really any point as you can't actually really see any edges. I've colouored them, and that seems to be enough, for now.
And together with the straw "pith" helmet with the goggles on it, the corset on the outside, and the watch pendant, I seem to be pretty damned steamy! Hooray!

I may add a weight inside the support of the barometer, though, because the light unit is heavy enough that it keeps pulling the whole unit (which doesn't quiiiiite strap down completely snug) off to the side a bit. I. e., it rotates outwards slightly. But we'll see.

So, yeah! I can cross that project off my list, pretty much (barring gluing in a new thermometer with, like, a Celcius scale, if they ever get back to me on it). Yay!

Next I will sew that eyelet lace onto the bottom of the petticoat, and then I may start in on Alvena's, finally.

Hooray!
