I look and feel ridiculous. Because of my sprained ankle I'm wearing a big black boot to immobilize my foot and prevent re-injury. But the boot is high, it has sort of a heel, which means my normal shoes don't work. Just in case anyone is wondering I finally went to the doctor and had my intuition confirmed: no break, no fracture, maybe some torn ligaments but that doesn't change treatment. Treatment is RICE!
