Life...sigh...
My attempts to strip the 20-year-old gloss paint from the doorways to the bathroom/loo/laundry have failed miserably. I am going to have to replace the wood. It was bulky anyway, all bits and pieces. Not that I can afford to do this at present but it was fun ripping the wood out this morning.
Got a reply from Bunnings today - they will keep my application on file for 90 days. Thats business speak for forget it lady, we can get qualified people instead of you. Not much else in my field and I don't have the energy to look around at present.
I did pull a few small items out of the boxes of stuff to take pictures of to sell on Ebay. Just now need to check out prices and such. Oh, and learn how to use the camera and download program again.
My eye problem could be a blocked tear-duct, pity I haven't cried in years. The referral faxed from the doctors a week ago when into limbo so have to chase that us again.
I chickened out of going to Centrelink today to put in my low-income health care card application. I'll go Wednesday. I will try to be there on the dot they open, I slept in this morning.
