Aaaah this summer is going to so awesome :D I'm super excited for all the fests coming up, my upcoming trip to NYC, and my new roommates and plans for next year. Everything looks so promising, both in real life and fandom-related aspirations.

I'm writing this entry at approximately 4:53 am, the reason being that I am extremely jetlagged. I returned yesterday from a 3 1/2 week long trip to New York City and Europe! It was truly an amazing experience. I feel as if my mind and soul have been completely refreshed and energized. It was a wonderful way to bring in the new year :)

To my pleasant surprise, I won this week's drabble contest at sortinghatdrabs ! This was my first time writing a drabble and really posting anything on LiveJournal.
