Thunderbirds making of book arrives
Went to Solihull this morning to see my new Pertemps advisor Terry at 10am (he thought 12.30pm - Karen def set me for 10). Between that and my 11.40 signing on at the Job Centre, I got a few pairs of new shorts for £22 each on my debit card (using chip-and-pin of course). Got 'em to replace two old shorts I put in a bag to let go to charity that were a size too loose (got rid of loads of old clothes on Tuesday - one of those leaflet things telling you what they want, and leave the bag by the bottom of the drive for pick up).
Solihull was really hot. I saw a big balloon thingy up in the sky thanking shoppers for not dropping gum and keeping Solihull tidy (also was on a moveable lorry billboard thingy).
Also saw the Superman Returns soundtrack for £9.99 in HMV, but didn't get it.
Got home to find my Thunderbirds: The Making of the Movie had arrived. The book looks amazing, lots of cool drawings, photos, screenplay excerts etc.
