Haven't done this recipe in maybe a couple years now, but had a hankering for cinnamon rolls so I dusted off this Cook's Country recipe. It was an excuse to test out a fresh batch of yeast I bought, which did swimmingly today. Got a very good rise with the dough.
Here's a picture just before I put the rolls into the fridge to proof overnight. I'll bench proof them tomorrow morning and bake them.
I'll probably skip the frosting, as I find these rolls sweet enough without it. I'm also hoping they freeze well, as it'd be nice to easily bake fresh rolls when company comes over.
