Things I really wanted to say at work today, but didn't:
To the patient complaining that the endocrinologist she was going to go see instead of us was booking too far out: "Oh, boo fucking hoo, cry me a river."
To the rep who told me that if we don't use his product, we're not taking care of our patients: "Do you really think being an asshole is good sales technique?"
To the mom who would rather cancel an appointment than pay her copay: "Well, the cancellation fee is $25 without 24-hour notice, and your copay is only $20, so financially speaking you're making a really bad decision here."

God am I glad it's Friday.
