i don't think i can go on that sacred heart diet till like next week because we really don't have any of the ingredients.. i told my mom about it and she said it was another silly diet. blah. she said he might buy the ingredients when she goes food shopping next week. i hope so. right now i'm trying to go on a fruit and veggie fast this week. has anyone tried this? haha i wonder if it'll actually work.
