So a lot of people at my age dont work in an environment where it is important to be on top of things to exceed in that area. So when I go to work at my front desk job most would think why do you care about what goes on there. And whilst I agree my attitude can be less than sparky its on my top list of things of improvement. I am constantly wondering if I can reorganize our back area to accomodate us more but I've already tried this and I have to cross it off because we dont have the functual workspace. So then I decide what I can change is guest contact and my improvement with room management. Now the nice thing is that my managers are there 100 percent to help with room management Ive worked at previous properties where the importance was of my concern now I was good with rooms management there but there were less rooms. So now Im at a new property since january and I still feel like there is more of what I would like to become and accomplish in going above and beyond in all. Im so hoping when I move in august I can get back into a resort though.
