(no subject)
I have 15 minutes to kill before I have to head over to Ratner and pick up our deposits for IM sports and then go to art class.... so it's time for some random updates!!
I completely ran out of minutes last month in the 2nd week, so I didn't use my phone (except weekends/nights/mobile-to-mobile) for the past 2 weeks. I'm impressed I made it - I think I have a LOT of people to call back though since I never answered my phone, whoops! :p
It's supposed to start snowing as early as TOMORROW! :D
I'm in charge of reserving the Quads, Hutch Courtyard, Hutch Commons, Henry Crown Field House, Bartlett Lounge, Midway Ice Rink for various Kuvia activities in January - I feel like I have all this power, it's awesome! The facilities manager of HCFH still hasn't contacted me back though. Normally I'd say I hate it when people don't contact you back, but like I said I haven't called anyone back over the past two weeks on my phone, so I'll try not to get bitter.
I have a math midterm tomorrow - it's quite silly how I've had a test every single week so far!
Two nights ago we watched House of Wax (it was my second time). I fell asleep for about 20 minutes, but woke up for the great gory segments. It was hilarious watching it with the people I was watching it with cuz they made some funny-ass commentaries.
I still haven't decided which class to register for for next quarter...
Speaking of classes, I hate Greek Art. Memorizing the title, the year it was made, the material it was made out of, what's going on in the painting/sculpture, the significance of the painting/sculpture, and being able to compare and contrast in LOTS of detail for around 100 works of art in the textbook and supplementary notes that my professor posts online is...difficult and mind-blowingly BORING. :X
