In which our hero attempts mathematics while not enrolled in an educational institution.

So I have been working out for a few months and have made some cool strength gains and reduced body fat% by 2.3, which seems pretty cool.

It just got me thinking, though, if I could turn myself into a bomb with 100% efficiency, how destructive would I be? For this I resort to SCIENCE!

Fat is easy:    15.8% of 193  * 3500 = 106729 kCal

Unfortunately, my attempt to figure out the rest is pretty tough. A search for "How many calories in the human body" led me to this  Yahoo answers page. While it left me chuckling, I was bereft of answers.

According to Wikipedia, the average human male is 42% muscle, which seems to have about 600 kCal/lb

42%*193*600 = 49636 kCAl

This stuff is hard to find on the internet. Everyone just wants to know how to burn calories. FIE ON THEM!

Searching for calories in organs I made a pitstop here. Pretty morbid.

So I've determined that to make a more accurate measurement I will have to learn biology, so fiddlesticks to that.

Grand Total then is 156,365 kCal = 654,231 KJ  = 654 MJ, which is about 310 sticks of dynamite.

Goddamn am I a badass or what? Sure I'm no match for Fat Man but, really, who is?
