I love coffee and lately, I've really been enjoying making and drinking Vietnamese coffee. It's quite strong and the smell is almost sweet in its fragrance. You put condensed milk at the bottom of the mug or cup. ( Read more... )

I've just started reading a book called VIETNAM: THE AUSTRALIAN WAR. It's by an Australian journalist named Paul Ham. I have to feel sorry for him with a surname like Ham and growing up in Australia. I was recently talking about how Vietnamese and Chinese people often feel towards one another and I mentioned the Vietnamese anti-war singer Trinh Cong Son whom I love.
