It had been a very tiresome day.
They trained all afternoon for their upcoming doubles match and they decided to get a cup of hot chocolate together before going home.
They entered the coffee shop and Kawamura offered to get their drinks while Fuji would find a table.
The latter quite easily found one in a corner near a window. He sat in front of it. He removed his gloves, but he was still too cold to take away the scarf from around his neck.
He looked out of the window, admiring the snow that was starting to fall down.
A few minutes later the other boy joined him.
-Here’s your hot chilli flavoured chocolate.- he announced to catch Fuji’s attention.
He put the cup in front of his boyfriend, then he sat in front of him.
They smiled at each other.
-Thank you, Taka.- Fuji sweetly said.
-You’re welcome.- Kawamura replied.
-Ah, it’s snowing.- he noticed, looking out of the window.
He sipped some of his hot chocolate, putting his free hand on the table.
Fuji subtly reached out for it, intertwining their fingers.
They looked at the snow, enjoying the warmth coming from their cups and their bond.

-That cloud looks like a fractal.- Inui said.
-It looks like cauliflower to me…- Kaidoh mumbled.
His senpai obviously started explaining to him that cauliflowers were, indeed, fractals and a lot of other things about mathematic figures and graphs and other complicated things.
Kaoru always felt so stupid when Inui tried to explain to him all those scientific stuff; he had never been good at those. He felt guilty when he nodded and pretended to understand what his senpai was so passionate about. He wondered why the older boy liked him so much, he wasn’t worth his time. He would never be worth it. Or him.
-Ah! That cloud looks like Kaidoh’s snake.- Sadaharu suddenly changed topic.
He reached out to wrap his fingers around his kohai’s as if he knew what he was thinking and was trying to reassure him about his feelings -that he had expressed more than once- for him.
Kaidoh blushed, but he intertwined his fingers with the other’s.
-Yes. And that one looks like senpai’s glasses.- he replied.
They didn’t need to look at each other to know that they were both smiling.
That way of relaxing after a long afternoon training was really wonderful.

Oh no, not him. Tezuka thought, internally screaming.
Unluckily, that day he was alone at the register.
-Hello, what can I get you?- he asked in his most professional tone of voice.
-A small decaf with half almond half soy milk, no sugar, no cream, and a hint of chocolate.- the customer asked with a charming smile.
-Name?- Tezuka asked.
-Atobe. But you can call me “my love”.- the boy winked.
-Do you want anything else?- Tezuka was completely unimpressed.
-You can give me your phone number.-
Tezuka snorted. If that Atobe really wanted that he had to work harder.

-Finally!-
Atobe literally let himself fall on the bed face first.
Tezuka heavily sat besides him.
The flight from Japan to England had been so long and tiresome, but it was for a good reason: their first Wimbledon.
They were staying in a suit of a five star hotel right in front of the tennis courts.
-We should sleep, we need to practice tomorrow.- Tezuka said matter-of-factly.
Atobe rolled on his back, smirking at his boyfriend.
-How about a different kind of practice for now?-
Tezuka leaned down on him to kiss him. How could he say no to that?

Atobe and Tezuka were so tired.
They had faced each other at the Wimbledon’s final and, as it was predictable, the match lasted a few hours.
It had been an extremely hard match for both of them: they knew each other all too well and they were perfectly equals. Every game and set had been earned with difficulty.
They didn’t really care who won, they had a fifty-fifty success rate against each other, the winning point was almost always due to pure luck rather than strategy or skill.
And in that moment, after a long relaxing hot bath, they were sitting in bed, a book in their not predominant hand. Their dominant hands were still too sore, their arms too tired and shaky to hold a book.
They rested shoulder against shoulder, the fingers of their weary hands intertwined between them.
They didn’t need to talk to know that they were both satisfied by that match, that they loved each other even more after that. Their closeness was enough.
Atobe was the first one to drift off.
He let his book fall in his lap, resting his head on Tezuka’s shoulder.
The latter kissed his boyfriend’s forehead before copying him.

-I’m home!- Inui announced as he walked through the door.
-Welcome home!- Kaidoh replied from the kitchen.
Sadaharu was smirking, delicately handling a small paper box with holes on its sides. He had decided that he wanted to surprise his husband in order to celebrate their first wedding anniversary, therefore he went to the local shelter after work.
He hid it behind his back, reaching Kaidoh in the kitchen and leaning on him to kiss his cheek.
Kaoru smiled before turning around to properly kiss his husband.
-Happy anniversary.- Inui said with a mischievous smile.
He pulled the box out from behind his back, giving it to Kaoru.
Kaidoh surely was surprised; as his husband predicted he didn’t expect something like that.
The younger man put the box on the table before opening it and looking into it. His eyes widened and brightened at what he saw: a cute calico kitten curled up on the bottom.
He looked at Inui, then back at the cat who had awakened and was now looking at Kaidoh, meowing.
-It’s a female.- the older man said. -Do you like her?-
-I love her.- Kaoru whispered, picking her up.
She immediately started to purr, rubbing her head against Kaidoh’s shoulder.
The latter turned to face his husband, his face a mix of confusion and pure love.
-I know how much you love cats. It was almost time we adopted one.-
Kaoru smiled, nodding while cuddling their new pet.
-I love you so much.- he said in a transport of delight before kissing Inui.
Sadaharu had to finish cooking dinner since Kaidoh was enthralled by Patch -their cat’s new name.
He was so happy that Kaoru liked his present so much… he couldn’t have predicted that Kaidoh had an even better present for him: sexy lingerie.

Fuji and Kawamura had just finished their training and they were freezing.
They covered themselves as much as they could, but the cold on their way to Fuji’s house was still too much.
It was snowing and there was a strong chilly wind that sneaked into their clothes.
They were heavily shivering when they finally reached the front door.
They got inside and run into Fuji’s bedroom, where they removed their clothes. They sat on the bed, strong arms wrapped around a lean body, naked skin against naked skin. There was only one solution to their coldness: cuddling all afternoon.

When Kawamura woke up he was alone in his bed.
It looked like his boyfriend got up before him.
He stretched and yawned, then he sat up to look for Fuji.
The latter walked inside just a few moments after, holding a tray with their breakfast.
-Good morning, Taka.- he smiled.
Kawamura’s eyes widened. He could have never imagined that seeing Fuji wearing only one of his t-shirts would be so sexy.
Shuusuke smirked, rolling towards him.
-Are you hungry?- he asked in a mischievous tone, putting the tray on the floor near them.
Takashi replied by kissing him passionately.

Tezuka woke up with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee in his nose.
He opened his eyes on a wonderful -albeit a bit blurry- sight: his husband, still completely naked, with a tray in his hands.
-Good morning, mein Lieber.- Atobe said with a smirk. -I prepared your breakfast.-
Tezuka sat up, putting his glasses on. Now, that was what he called a perfect sight.
Keigo sat besides him, ready to feed him.
-Say “aah”- he jokingly ordered.
Kunimitsu snorted, but he opened his mouth to receive his breakfast.
He felt blessed at being spoiled like that by his lover.

Kaidoh had never realised how much he liked physical contact.
He always thought he didn’t like being touched, especially by girls.
But then he met Inui-senpai.
It all started when the older boy noticed him and proposed to train him.
At first it was their fingers brushing when Inui gave Kaidoh some notes.
Then a little touch, like a hand on his shoulder.
At the end they even hugged and Kaidoh liked it.
-Hey, mamushi! Are you awake?- Momoshiro asked him, putting a hand on his shoulder.
-Don’t touch me!- Kaidoh hissed.
Maybe it was Inui who was the exception.

Fuji was a little stiffer than usual, Kawamura noticed.
They had an incredibly intensive doubles match that they barely won.
They were taking a shower now, that was how Takashi noticed his partner was sore.
He instinctively took the only step that separated their showers, gently placing his hands on Shuusuke’s neck to massage it.
At first the latter was surprised, but then he relaxed under Kawamura’s warm and strong hands.
-Mmh…- he mumbled. -Taka, you’re so good.-
The taller boy slightly blushed, embarrassed by that compliment.
-I don’t want you get cramps.- he replied.
-Thank you.- Fuji fondly said.

Inui had always loved being in control of the situation. That was one of the reasons why he loved maths and science so much, they were perfectly predictable. He became a data tennis player first and an accountant then because of this.
He had planned everything, he had studied every variable, he had rehearsed his speech for days because he needed to have absolute control over the situation, especially that evening.
And that was why, when Kaidoh hesitated for some extremely long seconds before answering Inui’s proposal to marry him he almost panicked.
-Yes, I do.-
Sadaharu smiled in bliss.

Kaidoh have never felt more embarrassed in his entire life.
He was wearing a girl’s school uniform and girl panties. He somehow even managed to tie his hair into two ponytails.
He was heavily blushing while looking at himself in a mirror. But he was doing this for Inui-senpai.
Inui had never pressured him to do anything, he had always cared for his comfort and confidence. He had always asked him permission before doing anything, from kissing to having sex.
Now Kaidoh had decided to repay him by realising one of Inui’s secret fantasies.
He reached Inui’s room and entered.

It had been a long and tiresome day.
Seishun Gakuen’s tennis club had just won a regional match and they were going home.
They took the train, sitting when they happily noticed it was half empty.
Fuji and Kawamura were next to each other, separated from their schoolmates because there weren’t enough seats where they were.
So while the others were chatting they were relaxing.
Takashi really tried to stay awake, but he couldn’t help but yawn often, struggling to keep his eyes open.
A few moments later he dozed off, his head on Fuji’s shoulder. The latter sweetly smiled.

Inui had prepared everything for that evening.
It was the first time he invited Kaidoh for a sleepover.
Of course, his excuse was that they were going to study some tennis videos and discuss a new training programme.
He had prepared Kaidoh’s favourite snacks to make him happy.
He even tidied his room for his kohai’s arrival.
When Kaoru arrived Inui proposed to watch a video.
They sat on Sadaharu’s bed and the senpai played the video before trying to sneakily put an arm around Kaidoh’s shoulders.
-Wait a minute... this isn't tennis!- Kaidoh shouted, shocked. -This is anal sex!!-

Inui was driving their car. He hadn’t told his husband their destination yet and the latter was getting impatient.
-Where are we going?- Kaidoh asked after a while, looking questioningly at his lover.
-It’s a surprise.- Sadaharu answered with a wicked smile.
Kaoru sighed, resigned. He knew all too well that Inui wouldn’t tell him anything.
It was a long trip in the middle of the city’s traffic, but in the end they parked in front of an old building.
As soon as they entered Kaidoh’s frown turned into pure happiness: they were at a shelter to adopt a cat.

Tezuka was trying not to stare at Atobe’s perfect body.
It shouldn’t be possible for a man to be that gorgeous, with his toned muscles and wet tanned skin and a pleasant smell of flowers.
Atobe was a tease not only with his hot body but also with his flirtatious words. Tezuka was totally sure the other was doing it on purpose.
-Just admit that you enjoy having me around.- Keigo mischievously winked at him.
-As if.- Kunimitsu stoically replied.
“Never let your guard down.” He constantly thought to himself.
But how could he resist a whole week like that?!

Fuji and Kawamura were sharing a room. They were on a school trip and they had walked all day around a museum, so they were really tired when they got into bed.
It had been just a few minutes after they turned off the light, but Fuji was sure he couldn’t sleep just yet.
-Taka.- he called in a whisper. -Are you asleep?-
-Not yet, why?- the other replied.
Fuji heard him shift position to face him in the dark.
-Do you want to sleep?- he asked.
-Not if you don’t.-
Kawamura reached out to caress his boyfriend’s lean body.

Inui regretted showing Kaidoh a ghost movie. It had been cute to have his kohai cling on him because he was terrified. He loved keeping him between his arms all the time. But he miscalculated about how much Kaidoh feared ghosts.
Now every time he heard a noise he would jump in terror, whimpering.
-Kaidoh, it’s all right.- Inui reassured him for the umpteenth time.
-But what about the ghost?- Kaidoh asked, tears in his eyes.
-It’s not real. And even if it was I would never let it hurt you.- Sadaharu promised.
Kaoru mumbled something before hugging him tightly.

-Ah, I’m so tired!- Fuji cheerfully complained while sitting down.
He had just won a quite difficult match in which he had to run all around the court.
-You were great, Fujiko-chan!- Kawamura complimented him.
He passed him his bottle of water and a towel.
-Thank you, Taka.- Shuusuke smiled at him, accepting them.
After a minute he whimpered in pain.
-I think I’ve got a cramp.- he whined, massaging his thigh.
-Oh no!- Takashi said in a worried tone of voice. -I’ll bring you to the infirmary.- he proposed.
Fuji let his club mate take him in his strong arms to carry him away bridal-style.
-You know.- Shuusuke whispered in Kawamura’s ear when they were far enough not to be heard by the others. -I already feel much better now that I’m in your care.-
He rubbed his forehead against Takashi’s neck.
-Maybe we could go somewhere to celebrate my victory instead of the infirmary.- he suggested.
-But your cramp…- Kawamura tried to protest.
-It’s fine, it’s fine!- Fuji reassured him, stretching his leg out to show him. -Let’s go somewhere private.- he proposed with a sly smile.
-Well…- Takashi blushed at that thought. -If you say you’re fine…-
