Working in a game and unresolved psychological issues (maybe)

A group of IT people and librarians are attempting to make my job into a game. I find this absolutely hilarious. It's aimed at people like me, who are mind-numbingly, idioitically, in-your-face competitive to help boost statistics and things like fill rates, because my job is very much confined to my little department and my computer, and it's hard to keep things going. :-)

Side note: my fic's sex scenes are always interrupted sex scenes. I wonder what that says about me ....
