Summertime is a happy time.
I wish it could last forever; alas, I have 8 weeks left. Actually, 8 weeks more, looking on the bright side ;)
Many exciting, life-altering things are happening to many of my friends (namely, weddings and babies). We're all so grown up, or at least we're pretending that we are. Like I told Katie - neither of us can actually follow a recipe in order to make a dessert, but we're going to be entrusted with actual human lives. Hmm...
Before I grow up, I have a lot left to do this summer... Learn to surf, learn to waltz, go to IKEA, go fishing, see the Lord of the Rings musical (maybe), showers and weddings and more showers and then more weddings, have a BBQ, re-do both of my rooms, run run run, and visit all of my long-lost Albion peeps. Yeah, I have high goals and a strenuous to-do list.
I don't know how I didn't know this, but there is an O.C trivia board game. How I haven't received this as a gift or lamely bought it for myself... well I'm not sure. What I do know is that I'm totally buying it to play with my O.C.-lovin' family in Florida! I can't believe it was a year ago that I got hooked on that show. As Summer said in the episode of Season 1 where she and Seth painted Marissa's bedroom "A lots changed in a year, huh?"
