As part of my homework for the Feri training, I took a 24-hour (well, closer to 33-hour) word fast yesterday.

I'm back from the NE Feri Intensive.

Met other teachers, learned new tricks. Met many new Feri faces (and WTF, does celtic_elk know everyone?). Had a wild chemically-enhanced experience with a new acquaintance and a spirit. I had several fantastic dreams last night, one of which involved me doing a ritual to Dionysos. During the agon one of the things I did was take pieces of wild-harvested grapevines and processed them into charcoal in the tripod.
