At the grand age of seven, Eunhyuk couldn’t imagine a life that didn’t center around Kim Junsu. He liked the other twin, Junho, okay and there were other kids he supposed counted as friends, but no one meant as much to him as Junsu. He’d informed their parents with the great severity and confidence that only a seven year old could manage that when they were all grown up, he’d marry Junsu and they’d settle down in the tree house in the back yard.
At eleven, he’d learned that boys didn’t usually marry boys and even if they were going to, they certainly didn’t run around telling people about it unless they liked being bullied.
At fourteen, Eunhyuk knew that all the pain and hard work was only worth it because he had Junsu and they were going to be together forever.
By the time he was twenty, Eunhyuk had learned not to put his faith in forever.
