Well, I finally broke out the bread machine that my mother was so very kind enough to purchase for me while she was out visiting. First thing's first - making a pizza. Yesterday was one heck of a day. I started my exercise program. Holy Cow, it was intense. It worked 3 different areas of my body in only 30min.
