Just got home from going to see a youth production of Jesus Christ Superstar with Mom. It was very good, yeees. I especially liked the costume design, with people in black 'security' shirts for the villains, the mob in typical 'youth' dress, etc. Plus the girl in a tutu for King Herod was awesome. Played with my camera in the yard last week, and this morning. Got some interesting shots... even pointed it at myself a few times. Shocker!

Started trying to learn Old English today. Hoping to stick with it - is very cool. Fun to note the similarities (and huge differences) with Modern English, and also German. Finally, the 4 years of high school German pay off, kinda. I still look back on that and wish we'd had a competent, sane teacher. Four years, and I can't say I really learned ( Read more... )
