I think I swam four days last week, and since my shoulder injury it's been getting a little bit better every day, just not 100% better. I have an underwater MP3 player called the SwiMP3 that I've been using and it really helps me to stay motivated and moving. This is a fabulous charity I just heard of called Solar Cookers Inc. which provides solar cooking ovens to poor women in Darfur who sometimes have to risk their lives to get fuel that they can barely afford to cook for their families.
