My head is all stabby. I have an actual head ache, which is pretty rare, and lots to do still. Mrgh. It will be all better, one way or another, (meaning that the work is on a deadline, after which the urgency is less severe), in 2 days.

I've been a bit sleepy and achy and feeling a bit frayed about the edges lately. Not because I've been working too hard really, though it feels like I have been. xmas carol is in tech yesterday, today, tomorrow, and Sunday, but it's not manic here exactly, which is good. I had to switch my brand and dosage of Niacin when I ran out about 2 weeks ago. The new kind is 'slow release' 750 (I think) mg, not 'no flush' 450 (I think) mg, which is what I was taking. I upped my dose to 2 pills, on the doctor's recomendation, since one pill of 450 a day helped my cholesterol, we wanted to see what 1000 to 1500 a day would do ( Read more... )

You are not allowed to get sick. I know you haven't had a cold or anything but girl-cramps since I don't remember, at least 8 months, (go me!), but this is not a good time. She has no symptoms and she probably picked it up months ago at the shelter.
