We've been polluted so long
Now here's a way for you to get clean
A few thoughts and notes from yesterday to prepare for today:
-Be Honest
-Acceptance
-Keep it simple and concise
-fulfill your goals and promises and obligations

I've been far too personal for far too long; I've used specifics when I would have gotten away with abstractions. The ironic part, however, is that one of my underlying goals right now is to turn abstractions into the concrete. I suppose that the best thing to do, really, is to reach a balance.
I've never been particularly good at balancing, but I'm willing to try. That willingness to do what I want & to know what I need is tantamount to success. It is a major building block.
Today's goals
-hygiene & go to A.A.
-keep it simple & concise
-read: from The Big Book & from the book on Bipolar Disorder (Quinn)
I've already succeeded, somewhat: I did manage to shower and shave. I know, it shouldn't be a big deal, but when you're simply "living" to eat, drink, and sleep, any positive action seems like a fantastic success. But, I will not rest on my laurels.
Today is another chance to change. And you know what? Today, I'll willing to embrace that. Cheers.
