Burpees, when all of the sudden I felt something go wrong with my left shoulder. My shoulder hurts when raise my arm above my shoulder. This happened Thursday morning, and it has been feeling incrementally better each day since. Good thing to - I would rather not have to deal with the French health care system.
For now, I have suspended all workouts. After my shoulder feels better, I will at least resume doing my ab workout & lower body work (I guess I'll do squats)
