The past evening, I drank with my collegues. When I drink lots of beer, I speak a lot of French.
I had French classes from 4th grade until 10th grade. I should really practice more. (I can't even remember exactly how to phrase that sentence. I even had a French penpal!)

From what I've heard (my cousin is married to a French woman, I'm not just going in Michael Moore here), the French healthcare system is actually pretty great and that the doctors spent a lot of time with him.
