Independance Day
So yesterday in order to celebrate independance day i decided to cook a large dinner for my friends who were in town and could come. After smoking up the apartment with my first attempt, then switching skillets and making a few adjustments, I finally pulled it off, and I need a name for this recipie for when I put it in the cook book. Amazing but Terribly Bad for You i don't think will work.
Essentially what it is, is a thinly stretched or beaten chicken breast, rolled up, stuffed with cheese, wrapped in bacon, grilled and than slathered in teriyaki sauce. it makes a roll about 7 inches long, and it is chicken... wrapped in bacon, need I say more?
So... suggestions on a name?
I also find it funny that it is customary to play The 1812 overture on the 4th while the fireworks are going off. Wrong war people!
