Despite my large dose of Cipralex turning me into a halfway sane human being, i'm still not convinced that psych meds work the way we're told they do. I'm pretty sure (based on my own experience mainly, so quite inaccurately) that anti-psychotics don't make you less psychotic and anxious, they just sedate you until you can't think or feel anywhere ( Read more... )

Today is the first free day i've got to myself for ages. Well, i say that - i've just been to see my NHS drug-dealer psychiatrist, got to see the GP in the afternoon, and Simon's coming in the evening... so not such a 'free' day actually, but is comparatively so considering how mega-busy i've been.
