Just changed the dates of two of my reviews so I can see Mom on the 12th with darksheik and alexlady and record some voices for the historical documentary she's working on.

A long weekend.

Shows were good. Aldo, our new Sir Toby, is doing fine, though he's physically all wrong for the role.  He never really had the opportunity of working with the director really, either, so he's feeling his way through.  I think he's improving more as he goes.  Have had a good response from audience members I know.

Party was fun. A lot of the people who said they were coming couldn't make it. Now that we have cable, Bravo was kind enough to show a marathon of the first season of Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip this morning, so I got my first dose of the show in one huge 5-episode chunk. I think I'm in love.

The play's about the ineffectual director of a company who gets a memo in a strange language he can't read, then finds out it's an invented language called Pateepatee that the company has instituted to simplify office communication.
