I knew it, I'm surrounded by assholes

"Black Hole" is a racist term? You know I'm all for political correctness, but this is ri-god-damn-diculous.
Video here.

Forgot to mention we dedicated the July 22 performance of Prince Trevor to Estelle Getty. I asked the house manager to add that to her curtain speech.

Over here, Harvey remembers Estelle, which is lovely.

And then this piece of shit comment:
I believe about 50% of this because it comes from Harvey Fierstein.

I saw Estelle on Broadway in "Torch Song Trilogy." Yes, she was good, but not great. Her forte was delivering one-liner jokes, not unlike the performance of a standup comediane, which is what she did for many years prior to "Torch Song." Watch "Golden Girls" and you'll see that's pretty much what the writers gave to her. Beloved? Yes. Great actress? No. I also attended Harvey Fierstein's musical "A Catered Affair" (which closed on Broadway this week after just 108 performances) at the last dress rehearsal in San Diego. It was dreadful. This is not just my opinion. The press privately described it as a "piece of sh*t." Harvey's blog described the audience's reception of this performance as a spontaneous standing ovation. I could count on my fingers the number of people who stood during the show's curtain call. I give Harvey Fierstein's account of events very little credibility.
