Hope my present arrived!
Sold some books at Strand this morning (inspired by somecamerunning's recent booksale). $21. Not bad. Gonna sell some more on Saturday- today I just brought all the ones I could carry in a recycling bag.
That $21 will go toward props, and ice and party snacks.
Found my tape measure, finally, so I don't need to buy a new one.
Last night returned the spray paint to Home Despot (Chris told me that painting the swords was potentially dangerous). Got home, had dinner, read, was asleep by 9:30. Woke up at 1:30, an anxious dream about having forgotten to do something important for the show.
Was on the Internet. Did you know that one of Wonder Woman's names is Diana Prince Trevor?
Back to bed by 3.
Dress rehearsal tonight. Woooooooooooooooooo
The aforementioned Joe Bearss is now my friend on Facebook.
Don't think I ever mentioned the weird coincidence that Randi and Dave are friends with Julie Tudor, who went to FAU with me. I met her at 2 or 3 parties before I realized that I already knew her - And then it was too late to be all "Hey, we went to college together, right?". But we did. She stage managed the production of One for the Road that I did (which had Teresa Turiano as Gila, for those of you who remember her).
Also, when I went to see something at the Brick recently (Bring Me the Head of John Ford), ran into Alyssa Simon, who also went to FAU with me, but whom I don't really remember. She'd added me on Facebook a week previously, and I still didn't remember her. I fail.
