Rufus May was diagnosed as schizophrenic as a teen, but is treating schizophrenics himself now. He says his patient Ruth is undergoing the normal episodes of schizo when she thinks she's curing AIDS, that the bubbles in the fish tank at the nursing home where she works are related to the heart rate of the patients.
