We were moving some furniture around, and in the process I noticed the plastic Barbie horses that my father in law bought at a garage sale quite a few years back.  I excersice denial when it comes to those plastic animals, my eyes gloss over them standing up there on the top of the bookshelf, and I pretend they are not there. Yesterday my little one took something from the closet.  I forget exactly what it was, I think a camera. It was laying a bit high for him, but he managed to get it out. Jack, the four year old, comes up to his big brother, gives him a hug, pets him on the head and says: "Good magical Sasha! Very good!"

The blog by Karen Slavick-Lennard is so hilarious, it brings tears to my eyes.  Her husband talks at night, A LOT.  She records him, and then puts what he says every night on the blog.  Every time I am feeling cranky I take a look there and it never fails to make me laugh.

   Yesterday I took the boys to the NJ Geology Museum in New Brunswick.  I drove and walked past that place for 6 years, and didn't know that it was a museum inside.  The kids had a great time there.  There was a guided tour, and then a scavanger hunt.
