I never have cared for Lee Remick (there as Miranda). Prospero is portrayed by one Maurice Evans.

I admire that lewd chuckle Caliban gives when accused of attempting to ravage Miranda.

I'm not sure I would ever have chosen Roddy McDowell for the part of Ariel and I'm not sure I like this version of Ariel's song. But the two together are a trip.

Same scene as yesterday, but what a difference John Cleese brings to the part of Petrucchio!

Petrucchio married Katherine, acting a complete madman through-out the ceremony and immediately on the completion of it throwing her a-horseback, giving her no time to rest nor eat nor any other comfort. Here, they are newly arrived at his home.
