I like this version muchly, it's a very clever and energetic performance of the speech. But ...
I remember Mr. Samuel Heatwole, my high school drama teacher (who looked very much like Mr. Shakespeare himself - even during the winter, he kept the appearance of his summer-time job for "The Lost Colony" in Roanoke). He told us that the most efficious performance of this speech in his opinion, Jacques was eating an apple and had no awareness of the depth or philosophy he was extolling. That Jacques was the epitome of the foolish wiseman.
I can't even remember the name of the Fool in this play, but he was another example of the wise Fool of which Feste is the exemplar.
