family update
My mother-in-law is failing fast, according to my husband's oldest sister, she is sleeping most of the time now and they can't clean all of the toxins out of her system. We had been planning a trip in February to see her, with this news, we're scrambling to fly down at the end of the week - for just a day - then fly back. I can't stop crying. -

I just learned today that my mother-in-law's liver is failing. Non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver. I knew she was in a nursing home, for the second time in as many months. I knew that her memory was failing her and that she was very weak, but I thought it was something ... virus or something like that ( Read more... )
