My banana bread has no rhyme or reason. I barely follow a recipe anymore. I just let the bananas pile up in the freezer and when I have a ton I make banana bread. It's one of my favorite things to make and I do often.

Inspired by Claire, determined to start making my own, and not being deterred by not having a bread machine, I made my very first loaf of bread tonight!
